4Pick your own password
You can swap Matt’s password for one of your own. Sign in at mail.beaconwebservices.com/account with your email and password, then change it there.
After you change it, update it on your phone: Settings › Apps › Mail › Mail Accounts › Beacon › Account. Put the new password in both the incoming and outgoing server.
If something goes wrong
Wrong password several times in a row? The mail server blocks your phone for a while to keep hackers out. Stop trying and text Matt. He can unblock you.
Most problems come from the user name. It has to be your full email address, jesus@beaconwebservices.com, on both the incoming and outgoing server. There’s no web page for reading mail, so use the Mail app or Gmail app.
